Serve Teams

Our Serve Teams help to facilitate the vision and mission of the church through ministry efforts, meeting practical needs, and supporting ministry that affects the life of the body of Christ. It is one of the many facets of our belief that every member is a minister—meaning that ministry isn’t just for those who pastor, preach, and teach, but for every believer who has been empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Serve Team Members

Volunteering their gifts, time and energy to minister before the Lord and to those around them. The teams they serve on are practical expressions of the believe that we don't show up to Sunday service for ourselves.

The Heart Behind Serve Teams

At the core of a Serve Team is a desire to serve not out of obligation, but out of an overflow of love for God and His people. We believe that as we grow in our relationship with Jesus, we are naturally moved to love and serve those around us. Serving is worship—it’s one of the ways we reflect Christ and build up the body of believers.

Why Serve?

  • Because Jesus served – He set the ultimate example.
  • To build up the Church – Every part of the body has a role (1 Corinthians 12).
  • To grow spiritually – Serving deepens faith, stretches us, and builds character.
  • To impact others – Our serving can make space for others to encounter God.
