At Move Church, we believe every believer is called to live as a missionary. Missions isn’t reserved for a select few—it’s the invitation of Jesus to every follower to go and make disciples.

“Every Member a Missionary” is a call to lift our eyes beyond our comfort and consider how God may be inviting us to participate in His work across the street and around the world. Your testimony is one of the ways He reveals Himself to others.

One of the ways we can walk out Every Member a Missionary is supporting the work of the Gospel through giving—specifically through Faith Promise. These funds are set apart exclusively to send and support missions efforts, both locally and around the world. When you give, you are helping take the Gospel to your neighbors and to the nations.

We are called to live lives fully surrendered to God—serving wholeheartedly, giving generously, and offering our very lives as worship (Ephesians 6:7–9; 2 Corinthians 9:6–7; Romans 12:1). Let's pray into these scriptures, asking God to shape our hearts for His mission. We pray for our neighbors and the nations, and we ask the Lord to lead us—whether that means being sent to new places or faithfully serving right where we are. Prayer aligns our hearts with His and keeps us sensitive to His voice.

Every member of the body of Christ is called to participate in the mission of God. This may look like saying yes to a missions trip, stepping into unfamiliar places to share the Gospel, and seeing God move in powerful ways. It also means being attentive to the mission field all around you—your workplace, your neighborhood, your everyday rhythms of life. Ask the Lord to open your eyes and soften your heart to where He is already working, and be willing to follow His leading wherever it takes you.
